Returns Policy

Due to the personal use nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the event that an item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Beauty By Bash Esthetic Services & Cosmetics will issue a merchandise credit only. Requests for any item replacement must be made within three days of receipt of order. No returns will be allowed on ANY soap bars or open, used products. Refunds will be granted in the form of merchandise credit only and must be approved by management.

Shipping Policy (Updated 01/09/2024)

Please Note: During the warmer months, we DO NOT ship temperature sensitive items on Fridays or Saturdays to avoid packages sitting in warehouses for prolonged periods. We also do not ship on any days that are recognized by USPS/UPS as Federal Holidays.

Our current order processing/fulfillment times are 3 to 7 business days before shipping. This does not include holidays or weekends. If any items are damaged during the shipping process, please submit photos of the damaged product(s) along with a written description of the damage immediately upon receipt. We will issue a replacement product at no additional charge upon receipt of the returned damaged item. If the item ordered is a Limited Edition product and/or of limited quantity, we will replace it with a comparable item.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of Room & Linen Spray and our Refreshing Hair Mist (Coming Soon!), these items can only be shipped via Ground Shipping and may take longer to arrive.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in attempting to locate your package or contacting USPS/UPS for resolution. Please note that in our experience, USPS will not approve claims for packages that are stolen after being delivered. Please be diligent in monitoring your tracking updates and estimated delivery dates.
